Wow, it took me a long time to get back into this business, back into fitness.
I have to constantly remind myself, life is not a linear experience, upward trajectory is a long term investment.
In a silly sort of way, life has been tumultuous but ive been very blessed, I have a vision of the future for Crown Movement, myself, my loved ones and all the people who have supported me since i started this project in 2020 in Calgary.
